CH Training and Coaching offers a perspective that is focused on enhancing your organizations talent base to create a healthier internal work force. Group coaching helps foster relational professional expansion both inside the walls of your company and to your customer base as well.

Each Group Coaching engagement will include both opportunities for educational development while offering opportunities for team members to build bonds, experience engaging dialogue while creating a supportive and empowering environment for growth. Every group meeting will provide a unique topic that is reflective of the specific needs of that particular group along with offering specific tools for realistic change. Topics will be reflective of social/emotional intelligence principles.

One on One Coaching

CH Training and Coaching provides directed One- one- One Coaching opportunities geared towards business professionals that focus on principles of Emotional and Social Intelligence. Becoming aware of our own emotions and those of others allows us to learn how to manage our personal and professional relationships in a more productive and healthy way.

One on one coaching allows us to delve into key problem areas flushed out during the Social and Emotional Intelligence Profile and through relationship building that are inhibiting both peak job performance and satisfaction opportunities. A healthy coaching relationship will identify areas in need of change for a new direction while further developing a plan for new goals and growth.
